Tamara Lewis, LCSW, currently serves as Clinical Program Manager and Colbert/Williams Quality Administrator at Trilogy Behavioral Healthcare since January 2016. In this role, Tamara provides oversight and quality improvement for Williams and Colbert class members, ensuring compliance with DMH standards and supporting independent living and community engagement. Prior to this, Tamara was the Residential Clinical Manager at the Human Resources Development Institute from August 2012 to December 2015, where responsibilities included managing the residential program, supervising staff, and maximizing revenue through timely billing and high-quality service delivery. Tamara holds a Master of Arts in Social Work from the University of Illinois Chicago and a Bachelor of Science in Social Work from Governors State University.
