Ross Odegard has over a decade of experience in the payroll and compliance industry. Ross started their career at Paystubz in 2009, where they worked as a Payroll Specialist until 2016. During this time, they gained extensive knowledge and expertise in payroll processes and systems. In 2016, Ross took on the role of Compliance Manager at Paystubz, where they managed and ensured compliance with relevant regulations and policies. Ross held this position until 2022, when they joined Mosaic HCM as a Tax Manager and Client Account Manager. In this role, Ross is responsible for overseeing tax-related matters and managing client accounts.

Ross Odegard attended Douglas High School from 1996 to 2000. Following their high school education, they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Accounting and Business/Management at Black Hills State University from 2000 to 2004.
