Madhu Kiran is a Territory Manager at Mosaic India with previous experience as an Assistant Manager at Chambal Fertilisers and Chemicals Limited. Before that, Madhu Kiran worked as a Territory Manager and Sales and Marketing Management Trainee at RASI SEEDS, and also gained experience as a Summer Research Intern at Mother Dairy Fruit & Vegetable Pvt. Ltd. Madhu Kiran holds an MBA in Agribusiness from the Institute of Agribusiness Management and a BTech in Agricultural Engineering from Acharya N.G. Ranga Agricultural University. Additionally, Madhu Kiran completed an In-plant trainee position at IISWC where they were involved in watershed delenation and soil and water conservation measures.

Mosaic India through its CSR project named Krishi Jyoti in Mewat and Alwar has covered more than 80 villages and has positively impacted the lives of 60000+ farmers in the last 10 years. Mosaic trains local farmers for better soil nutrient and optimal water management which has helped in achieving up to 35% increase in yield. Water management is a key part of the program under which 10 check dams have been constructed so far helping in harvesting of over 23 million gallons of rain water annually. Education is the third area under which renovation of 24 schools and its infrastructure including sanitation, drinking water and play grounds has been undertaken. This intervention has directly resulted in 20% increase in girl child enrollment and has benefited more than 6000 students.
