Bob Deutsch

Bob is Chairman of Pelican Ventures, a private insurance-focused investment firm. He also serves on the boards of ERS, Wilton Re, and MM LaFleur, and is a senior advisor to Aquiline Capital Partners and Assured Allies. Previously, Bob held numerous key leadership and strategy roles across industry, including Hamilton Insurance Group; GCP Capital Partners; CNA Financial; Swiss Re; and Ernst & Young. He was a founding executive of Executive Risk (now Chubb) and Ironshore Inc. He previously served as a director of Acrisure, Beazley, Chaucer, Darwin, Enstar, Platinum Underwriters and others.
