Olly Reeves

Olly oversees risk management across the Mosaic group, along with compliance and regulatory oversight, working closely with Asta, Mosaic’s Lloyd’s managing agency. During Mosaic’s early evolution, Olly has been focussed on structural and regulatory set-up and approval for Mosaic’s regional service companies, including the ability to write European Economic Area (EEA) exposures via a post-Brexit solution. As Mosaic continues its growth phase, he will guide Mosaic’s governance and oversight framework. Previously, Olly was chief risk officer for Neon Underwriting, and prior to that was head of risk management at Lloyd’s, with responsibility for oversight of the market across minimum standards, Solvency II model compliance, and administration of the Lloyd’s risk-management framework.
