Billi Kiester

Billi Kiester is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in talent acquisition and organizational culture development. Currently serving as the HR Systems and Process Leader at Mosaic Life Care since December 2024, Billi has held key positions such as Talent Acquisition Leader for the Americas at TVH and Global Talent Acquisition strategist at Water.org. Previously, Billi directed talent acquisition at Fastwyre Broadband and served as Vice President of People and Culture at MeBe, focusing on restructuring teams and enhancing HR programs. Billi holds a Master’s degree in Health Care Administration from Friends University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology with a Human Resources focus from Northwestern Oklahoma State University.
