David Brackett

David Brackett currently serves as the Vice President Technology Officer at Mosaic Life Care since February 2024. Prior to this role, David held the position of VP and Chief Information Officer at Paramount Health Care from October 2018 to February 2024, where responsibilities included driving the strategic vision for technical capabilities within a 650k+ member health plan division. David's extensive tenure at ProMedica spanned from October 2005 to October 2018, culminating in the role of VP and Chief Technology Officer, overseeing technology organization verticals such as information security, telemedicine, and business development strategies. Additionally, David began a career in technical leadership as the Director of Data Center & Technical Operations and started as an Engineer III at Virtual PC from March 2002 to October 2005. David earned a Master of Business Administration from The University of Toledo in 2017, a Bachelor of Business Administration in Information Systems from The University of Toledo in 2015, and an Associate's degree in Technical Study from Terra Community College in 2002.
