Heather Misemer

Heather Misemer has extensive experience in human resources and talent acquisition, including a managerial role at Mosaic Life Care from September 2016 to August 2020, where oversight included recruitment and employee relations. Prior to that, Heather worked at the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City for over six years, holding managerial positions in both the Human Resources and Facilities Management departments, as well as a Senior Analyst role focused on budget and service contracts. Heather began their career at Northwest Missouri State University, gaining experience in admissions and mentorship, and also held a position as a bank teller at Independent Farmers Bank. Heather earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Financial Services from Northwest Missouri State University.
