Michael Boreen

Michael joined Mosaic in April 2022 as a Process Chemist, focusing on improving materials manufacturing. He received a Ph.D. in Chemistry at the University of California, Berkeley under Professor John Arnold, specializing in reactivity of low-valent uranium complexes. He performed postdoctoral research with Professors Alexander Katz and John Arnold at UC Berkeley, designing supported molecular catalysts. He also earned a B.A. in Chemistry and Biochemistry and a M.S. in Chemistry from the University of Pennsylvania.
