Frank Smith

Frank Smith has a diverse range of work experience spanning over 30 years. Frank is currently the President/Speaker/Trainer/Coach at Driving Happiness at Work, where they utilize their extensive business ownership and culture development background to help clients improve employee engagement. Previously, Frank served as the President of Mosaic Personnel, where they focused on talent acquisition, retention, and transition. Before that, they worked as an Executive Coach at Strata Leadership, LLC. Frank also has experience as the Co-Owner/President of The Ark. Group, Inc. and as the President/CFO of Beam's Industries, Inc. Earlier in their career, they worked as an Accountant at Hertz Rent a Car.

Frank Smith earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Harding University between 1984 and 1988. In 2017 and 2018, they attended the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business, where they obtained an Executive Coaching Certificate. Additionally, Frank obtained certifications in The Six Types of Working Genius from The Six Types of Working Genius institution in 2021 and in Executive Coaching from the Berkeley Executive Coaching Institute in 2018.
