Melanie Thompson Stillinger, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has extensive work experience in the recruitment and staffing industry. Melanie began their career in 1988 at Manpower, where they served as a Branch Manager for nearly 18 years. In 2006, Melanie joined HLP Solutions, initially starting as the Director of Sales before being promoted to Vice President and ultimately assuming the role of President and Chief Operating Officer. During their time at HLP Solutions, they gained valuable leadership and operational experience. In 2014, Melanie joined Mosaic Personnel as the Vice President of Business Development. Mosaic Personnel specializes in placing professionals in various fields, including Accounting, Administrative, Engineering, Human Resources, Information Technologies, and Manufacturing. Melanie's expertise in recruitment and their dedication to matching the right candidates with the right opportunities have been instrumental in their successful career.

Melanie Thompson Stillinger, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, attended the University of Central Oklahoma. Melanie holds additional certifications including the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM and the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI. In 2019, they completed the Strata Leadership Coaching Clinic offered by Strata Leadership, LLC.
