Ryan Bright

Ryan Bright has extensive work experience in recruiting and talent acquisition. Ryan started their career at Comet / Bright PUD, where they held the positions of Director of Business Operations and later Director of Marketing and Business Development. In 2014, they joined Mosaic Personnel as a Recruiter and quickly advanced to the role of Business Developer. Ryan then became a Division Director and finally Vice President. Mosaic Personnel specializes in talent acquisition, retention, and transition, with a focus on HR, engineering, and IT.

Ryan Bright holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from Baylor University. In addition, they have obtained certifications including Class 1 - HighRev Leadership Training from Driving Happiness at Work in 2022, and Class 2 Graduate from the Institute for Emerging Leaders in 2016.
