Mike Bauer

Mike Bauer is a seasoned real estate development professional with extensive experience in managing luxury vertical retirement communities and various property types. Currently serving as a Senior Development Manager at Mosaic Property Group since November 2021, Mike has previously held the position of Senior Development Manager at Aura Holdings from September 2018 to November 2021, contributing to the completion of 235 units and overseeing 350 units under construction. Prior experience includes Development Manager roles at Citimark Properties, focusing on diverse property developments, and LandMark White as an Investment Manager and Retail & Commercial Valuer. Mike holds a Bachelor of Business Management in Real Estate Development from The University of Queensland, an Advanced Diploma in Building and Construction Management from TAFE Queensland, and relevant training from Real Estate Academy Australia.
