Colleen Stock

Colleen Stock is an experienced customer service professional with a diverse background in retail and sales management. Currently serving as Customer Service Manager and previously as Customer Support Supervisor at Mosaic since June 2017, Colleen has demonstrated strong leadership and customer engagement skills. Prior to Mosaic, Colleen held the position of Manager of Residential Sales & Relocation Services and Residential Specialist at US Inspect from October 2015 to June 2017 and February 2013 to October 2015, respectively. Colleen's early career includes roles as a Customer Service Representative at Books International and as a Retail Manager and Assistant Manager at multiple Kirkland's locations. Colleen earned a BA in Theatre from Virginia Tech between 1998 and 2002.
