Heather Ryan

Heather Ryan began their work experience as a Production Coordinator at Fila in 1996, where they worked closely with the Product Manager to relay design and specification changes to the factory. Heather then moved on to Moving Comfort in 1998, taking on the role of Purchasing Manager. At Moving Comfort, they managed purchasing and analyzed all import products. In 2002, they joined Mosaic as a Purchasing Coordinator, where they purchased and analyzed import products and ensured timely shipment and delivery. Heather was later promoted to Purchasing Manager at Mosaic, where they monitored supplier performance and adjusted stocking levels. Heather then took on the role of Customer Service Manager, creating a formal sales support team and improving the residential customer service process. Heather eventually became the Customer Operations Manager at Mosaic, taking on additional responsibilities such as overseeing a product diversification launch and serving on the ERP implementation team. Heather was recently appointed as the Director of Procurement Operations at Mosaic, where they develop and implements strategic plans and monitors sales and inventory performance.

Heather Ryan completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration and Management, specializing in General Management, at Philadelphia University from 1990 to 1994.
