Paul Erhardt

Paul Erhardt currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Mosaic since November 2022, after being elevated from the position of President of Mosaic Select Build. With extensive experience in the homebuilding industry, Paul held the role of President at Mandalay Homes from May 2021 to November 2023, focusing on energy-efficient and sustainable house construction. Prior to that, Paul was President of the West Villages at Mattamy Homes, overseeing master planning and land development strategies. At WCI Communities, Paul served in various leadership roles, including President of the South Region and Senior Vice President, where responsibilities encompassed significant revenue operations and community development. Earlier experiences include management positions at World Kitchen and consulting at Booz & Company, as well as auditing at Arthur Andersen LLP. Paul holds an MBA and BBA from the University of Michigan and a certificate in Real Estate Economics from The London School of Economics.
