Tejas Mane

Tejas Mane is an experienced professional in product innovation and management, currently serving as the Innovation Manager for Mosaic Wellness since October 2024. Previously, Tejas held the position of Program Manager - Innovation at WOW Skin Science, where significant achievements included driving growth in the Omega-3 category through new product launches and packaging optimization. Earlier roles included Associate Project Manager at WOW Skin Science, focusing on cross-functional team leadership for strategic product launches, and Procurement and Packaging Innovation Manager at Open Secret, where cost reduction and customer satisfaction enhancement were key contributions.
