Jessica Deming

Jessica Deming is an experienced professional in employment counseling and case management, currently serving as an Employment Counsellor and Case Manager at MOSAIC since January 2021. Previous roles include Case Manager and Employment Counsellor at Kiwassa Neighbourhood House and Sales and Service Coordinator at SideStix Ventures Inc. Prior to these positions, Jessica was employed as an Employment Advisor at Back in Motion Rehab Inc. and Training Innovations, where responsibilities included facilitating employment programs and managing client services. Jessica's diverse background also encompasses roles in the arts as a Musicians Manager, as well as providing employment skills facilitation for immigrants at ISS of BC. Educational credentials include a BA from The University of British Columbia, certificates in Teaching English as a Second Language and Job Club Leadership, and a specialization in Collections Management from the University of Victoria. Currently, Jessica is pursuing a CCDP certification from BCCDA.
