Robin Westfall

Robin Westfall has had over 30 years of work experience, primarily focused in the field of human resources. From 1989 to 2018, Robin worked at West Corporation, where they held various positions, including Senior VP of Human Resources. In this role, Robin was responsible for Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partnerships, and Culture and Engagement initiatives. They also supported HR Centers of Excellence and Generalist HR Service delivery. In 2018, Robin joined Mosaic as the Director of Talent Acquisition, and later became the Vice President of Talent Management in 2019.

Robin Westfall completed a bachelor's degree in Business from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln between 1983 and 1987. Additionally, Robin holds an SPHR certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
