Tim Wahlig CGP has extensive experience in the remodeling industry, currently serving as Production Manager at Mosby Building Arts, Ltd since September 2002. Tim oversees various specialty trades including plumbing, electrical, tile, painting, and warranty services, along with managing the company's fleet and facilities. Previous roles include Planning and Design Supervisor, where Tim led design and architectural teams, and Estimating Supervisor, responsible for accurate project cost estimating. With a background as a Carpenter and Project Manager, Tim has contributed to diverse projects from repairs to whole home remodels. Earlier experience includes positions at Tom Carron Construction, Tucker's Place, and Glenn's Custom Carpentry, complemented by an Associates Degree in Carpentry and Building Construction Technology from Ranken Technical College.
