Nancy Kapuza

Nancy Kapuza is a licensed optician with extensive experience in the optical industry, currently serving as a Licensed Optician at MOSCOT NYC since May 2023. Prior to this role, Nancy held the position of Optical Manager at Warby Parker, where supervision of a high-performing optical team was key. Previous experience includes roles as an Optician/Sales at SEE Eyewear, Store Manager at Opticians 3, Account Executive at Shamir Insight, and various sales positions in upscale retail environments. With a Bachelor of Arts in Art History from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and ABO/NCLE certification, Nancy combines strong sales capabilities with a dedication to customer education and service excellence.
