Matt Wood

Matt Wood has held various roles in the engineering and power industries over the past two decades. Their most recent position is as an Application Engineer at Moser Energy Systems since 2022. Prior to this, they worked for Power Solutions International between 2010 and 2022, serving as both an Applications Engineer and a Production Supervisor. In 2009, they were a Project Manager at Patten Industries where they were responsible for coordinating the installation of natural gas and diesel-powered generator sets, automatic transfer switches, and switchgear, providing technical support for customers during and after the installation process, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Before that, they served as a Customer Support Engineer at Power Great Lakes and as a Technical Auditor at Caterpillar, and started their career as a Ramp Mechanic at Mi-Jack Products, Inc. in 2002.

Matt Wood obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Heavy Equipment Service Engineering Technology from Ferris State University in the years 1998 to 2002. No additional certifications are listed.
