Gregory Shatan

Gregory Shatan is a partner at Moses & Singer and serves as legal counsel (seconded) for Cyber/IP/IT at Deutsche Bank. With over 35 years of experience, their practice specializes in intellectual property, technology transactions, Internet law, and ADA web accessibility. Gregory has held various leadership roles, including President of the Intellectual Property Constituency at ICANN and currently chairs the North American Regional At-Large Organization. They have also worked extensively in M&A and corporate transactions, managing IP portfolios for multinational clients across diverse industries. Gregory earned a JD from Columbia University School of Law and a BA from Wesleyan University.
