Blaz Magdic

Blaz Magdic has a diverse and extensive work experience. Blaz is currently working as the Lead Software Engineer at Moshi: Sleep and Mindfulness since April 2020. Prior to this, they worked as the Lead Software Engineer at Mind Candy from January 2017 to April 2020.

Blaz also has experience as the CTO & Cofounder at EqualEyes Solutions ltd. from September 2010 to January 2018. In addition, they worked as an Android Developer (Contract) at Zipcar from March 2015 to November 2015.

Blaz Magdic has also worked as an Android Developer at Explovia from February 2014 to March 2015, where they played a crucial role in developing the Android app and worked closely with the design team to ensure a user-friendly experience. Blaz also worked as a Software Developer (Contract) at Inventa d.o.o. from January 2011 to December 2011, where they developed a web-based business solution for real estate commerce.

Furthermore, they gained experience as a Software Developer (Contract) at ZIBraSOFT d.o.o. from January 2009 to July 2011, where they developed a management software for the florist industry. Blaz also worked as a System Administrator at the Faculty of Economics and Business from October 2007 to May 2011.

Blaz Magdic has a diverse education history in the fields of entrepreneurship and computer science. Blaz first pursued their education at SERŠ, where they obtained an Engineer's Degree in Computer Science from 2002 to 2006. Following this, they attended the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, earning a Master's Degree in Computer and Information Science from 2007 to 2012. In 2012, Blaz Magdic further expanded their educational journey by studying entrepreneurship at Wayra UK for a year, solidifying their knowledge in this field.
