Martin Franklin, PMP has over 20 years of experience in the Modeling and Simulation software and services industry. Martin began their career in 1996 as an intern at Wagner Nel Management Consultants (Pty) Ltd, Booz Allen & Hamilton (SA) Ltd, Ceenex Pty Ltd. In 2000, they joined Ceenex LC as a Director, where they were responsible for establishing the first international office in the US, developing new business and managing corporate financial and legal compliance concerns. Martin also served as a lead consultant driving deliverables for client engagements ranging from project management support to development of complex logistical optimization models. In 2008, they co-founded Keen Guides, Inc. and was actively involved in various aspects of the startup company, including strategic direction and business planning, technological concerns and corporate matters (financial and legal). In 2011, they co-founded MOSIMTEC, LLC, a Modeling and Simulation software and services business headquartered in Herndon, Virginia, and has been focused on assisting clients to make better decisions through the application of decision support tools.
Martin Franklin, PMP obtained their Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in September 2005. Martin then attended the University of Pretoria/Universiteit van Pretoria from 1996 to 2000, where they earned a degree in Industrial Engineering. Martin returned to the same university from 2001 to 2002 to pursue a degree in Technology Management. Lastly, they attended Georgetown University McDonough School of Business from 2006 to 2009, where they obtained an MBA in Business Administration and Management, General.
