Lucas Frare Teixeira

Lucas Frare Teixeira has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles and companies. Lucas co-founded Moskit CRM in 2015, where they served as the Co-Founder and CTO. Moskit CRM is a customizable CRM designed for small and medium companies, running on Java and JVM in the AWS cloud.

Prior to Moskit CRM, Lucas co-founded Blanq Tecnologia and served as the Co-Founder and CTO of Simbo CRM from 2011 to 2016. Simbo CRM focused on the Brazilian Real Estate Market and was built using Groovy and Grails suite on top of Java and JVM.

Between 2010 and 2016, Lucas worked at Brasil Brokers as a Java architect and Technology consultant. Lucas designed and coded the internal CRM for Imóveis no Morumbi Real Estate agency, utilizing Groovy and Grails frameworks on top of Java and other technologies.

From 2009 to 2010, Lucas worked at Carrefour as a Java architect and team leader, where they were responsible for building a concept architecture for the Carrefour e-commerce website. Lucas also introduced pluggable visual components that enabled the marketing team to make changes without relying on the technical team.

In 2008, Lucas joined Oracle Consulting as a SOA Architect focused on design and architecture using SOA concepts and EAI. Prior to that, they worked at B2W Digital as a Java developer and Technical Team Leader.

Earlier in their career, Lucas worked as a Java backend developer at Unopar - Universidade Norte do Paraná, and as a Java Team Leader at UniFil - Universidade Filadélfia. Lucas also gained experience as a Java Instructor at JavaFree Java User Group, where they taught Java classes to JUG members.

Lucas Frare Teixeira obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Information Systems (Computer Science) from Unifil - Universidade Filadélfia in the year 2005. Before that, they completed a Bachelor of System Analysis degree in Computer Science and System Analysis from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Paraná between 2002 and 2004. Additionally, they hold a Master Degree in English language from CCAA - Centro de Cultura Anglo Americana, which they obtained from 1994 to 2000. In terms of certifications, Lucas obtained the Scrum Master certification from Scrum Alliance in 2009, the BEA SOA Foundations certification from BEA Systems in 2008, the Sun Certified Enterprise Architect (SCEA) certification from Sun Microsystems in 2008, and the Sun Certified Java Developer certification, also from Sun Microsystems, in 2005.
