Tom Keane

Tom Keane has over 42 years of experience in the meat industry, specializing in the supply of wild game and game birds for 38 years in the New York-New Jersey area. Currently serving as the manager of the wild game and game birds division at Mosner Family Brands since October 2012, Tom has demonstrated expertise in launching new business ventures, drawing on valuable knowledge acquired over the years. Prior to this role, Tom owned and operated Tom Keane Enterprises from February 1978 to February 2013 and worked as a butcher, buyer, and driver at Spartan Meat Co. from January 1971 to May 1978. Tom's military service in the US Army from May 1967 to April 1971 included roles in reconnaissance and military police units, as well as operating a 4.2 mm mortar section. Educational background includes attendance at Far Rockaway High School from 1963 to 1967 and practical experience gained on the streets of New York.
