Amy Stillwell

Amy has practiced public accounting since 2003. She provides tax services, including tax planning and transaction and entity structuring to businesses and their owners. She also manages large buy-sell transactions, sale closing, and family ownership transitions. Amy’s expertise also includes closely held business entities (partnerships, C corporations, S corporations, and limited liability companies). She has spoken at a number of conferences including AICPA for Auto Dealership Conference, National Association of Dealers Counsel, and was nominated in 2018 for CalCPA Women To Watch award for Emerging Leaders.
