Derek Groff, ASA, is a Partner in Valuation and Litigation Services at Moss Adams, where since 2016, leadership of the Valuation practice in the Central Region has included providing extensive valuation and consulting services across various industries, particularly in Energy, Technology, Private Equity, Food & Beverage, Manufacturing & Distribution, and Consumer Products. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Manager at Frank, Rimerman + Co. LLP, focusing on fundamental valuation services for financial reporting, and ownership of Three Rights Left, LLC, a winery specializing in Charbono. Additional roles at Symantec Corporation, UBS, and Credit Suisse First Boston involved corporate development, technology investment banking, and equity capital markets. Derek Groff holds a B.A. in Business Economics from the University of California, Santa Cruz, and has furthered education with a degree in Leadership and Management from the University of California, Berkeley.
