Justine Hunter

Justine has practiced public accounting since 1986. Her focus is serving middle-market and entrepreneurial companies in the manufacturing and distribution, and restaurant industries, helping her clients implement their visions and business strategies. Previously with a Big Four accounting firm, she specializes in acquisition-related services, financial structuring, complex equity structuring, due diligence, and tax issues associated with earn-outs. She has participated in more than 15 public fundings for her clients, including IPOs, public debt transactions and restructurings, and public merger transactions.
