Larry Schultz

Larry has practiced public accounting since 1992. He has experience directing all phases of audits—including control testing, fieldwork, and report preparation—for a variety of clients. Larry works primarily with aerospace and consumer-based companies, including those with manufacturing and distribution operations, as well as hospitality organizations. He is actively involved with his clients from planning to ultimate engagement completion and throughout the year to stay up-to-date on their developments and activities. Larry also assists public companies with SOX 404 implementation across significant acquisitions. In addition, he supports private companies and private equity groups with key financial reporting, internal controls, and governance matters.
