Stacy Stelzriede

Partner at Moss Adams

Stacy has over 30 years of experience in the health care industry, providing audit and consulting services to not-for-profit and for-profit health care organizations, including hospitals, community clinics, long-term care organizations, medical groups, and health plans with revenues ranging from $20 million to over $1 billion. She has vast experience in internal control risk management, revenue cycle, regulatory compliance, tax-exempt bond offerings and debt covenant filings, and providing client education training relating to technical accounting issues and board governance. Prior to joining Moss Adams in 2010, Stacy spent 19 years with a Big Four firm in the Los Angeles area where she served clients exclusively in the health care industry.

Stacy also has significant experience conducting audits in accordance with Government Auditing Standards, the OMB Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards. Stacy is the regional leader of the Southern California / Arizona Health Care Practice, leader of the firm’s health care audit practice, and serves on the health care executive committee. She was the recipient of the firm’s 2016 Partner Technical Excellence Award and in 2014 received the American Women’s Society of Certified Public Accountants Woman CPA of the Year Award.
