Bruce Moldow

Bruce, Executive Vice President/Chief Legal Officer, advances the entrepreneurial spirit of the Moss organization through finding creative ways to get to “yes” with outcomes that benefit Moss and our clients, employees and trade contractors. With his solutions-oriented approach, Bruce leads Moss’ legal and risk management efforts and plays an integral role in the organization’s international and strategic initiatives.

Bruce earned a Juris Doctor degree with honors from Georgetown University Law Center, and a B.S. in accounting from the University of Maryland. He is a certified public accountant, a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the District of Columbia Bar and the Maryland State Bar Association, and an Authorized House Counsel with the Florida bar. South Florida Business Journal has named Bruce Moldow a 2020 Ultimate CFO Honoree.
