Monica Palacios

Monica Palacios is a seasoned professional in the technology and construction sectors, currently serving as the Business Systems Manager at Moss & Associates since July 2013. In this role, Monica leads a cross-functional team responsible for the strategic oversight of enterprise business systems, including CRM, ERP, and CMiC software, while driving system optimization initiatives. Prior to this, Monica was promoted from Senior System Analyst at Moss & Associates, where oversight of the system analysis team ensured the operability of enterprise applications.
