Cindy Gray

Cindy Gray is Managing Partner of Moss & Company and she works with the Executive Committee to set strategies for long-term goals. Cindy extensively consults property owners on operational and financial issues, as well as strategic challenges. Cindy joined Moss & Company in 1971 as a supervisor in the maintenance department. She quickly elevated in the ranks, while learning the business from the ground up, becoming a partner in 2004. Since then, Cindy elevated the company to become Southern California’s leader in property management, earning unprecedented longevity in client relationships and best-in-class overall reputation. Cindy is an active member of the Southern California Real Estate Alliance, and a member of the Women’s President Organization, Los Angeles Chapter.
