Rowena Marquez

Rowena is Vice President of Human Resources, and she leads Moss & Company’s Human Resource team and strategies. Her responsibilities include talent acquisition and development, benefits administration, payroll, policy formulation, project management and employee relations. Rowena joined Moss & Company in 2019 as Human Resources Director, quickly elevating to Vice President. She is a seasoned human resource professional with extensive experience in the Property Management/Real Estate industry. She holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration, holds a Notary Public designation in the State of California, and is a proud member of SHRM and PIHRA.
