Ross Shepard

Ross Shepard is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales and business development within the consumer packaged goods industry. As Co-Founder of Ever Upward Brand Equities and Vice President of Sales & Distribution at MOSS Sea Moss Beverage since July 2023, Ross leverages nearly 70 years of collective industry expertise. Previously, Ross held significant roles at Bowery Farming from April 2018 to July 2023, including Head of Retail and Food Service Sales, where responsibilities ranged from strategic business expansion to managing P&L for food service operations. Additional experience includes positions at Field Trip and Boston Beer Company, where Ross developed sales strategies, managed national accounts, and fostered strong wholesaler relationships. Ross holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management and Marketing from Northeastern University.
