At EPS, Alex was responsible for monitoring key account customer satisfaction, cultivating and maintaining strong customer relationships, maintaining customer loyalty, generating sales of additional equipment and services, and collaborating with the Operations and Engineering Departments to design and deliver effective security solutions. Alex also developed and maintained collaborative relationships with all departments at EPS, and promoted a positive company image within the community.
