Alix Padnos Leon

Alix Padnos Leon is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in brand strategy and marketing management. Currently serving as the Director of Marketing at Baccarat Hotels & Resorts since April 2024, Alix also holds the position of Associate Director of Marketing & Strategy at MOST Wanted Co since January 2020, where Alix has advanced from Senior Strategist. Previously, Alix worked as a Marketing Advisor at Compass, enhancing the business of over 70 agents through integrated marketing campaigns.
