Artur Mikłasewicz

Artur Mikłasewicz has held various roles in the software engineering field since 2014. Artur began their career as a Software Tester at Softbay, where they were responsible for creating test documentation, testing applications for Android, Windows Phone, and iOS, analyzing requirements, creating UML and BPMN diagrams, and automating software. From 2016 to 2021, they worked at 3Shape in two roles. As Software Test Lead, they were responsible for managing the testers team, providing a connection between production and development, developing automation software, managing the release process, and conducting tests in LAB and AUDIO areas. As Software Test Engineer, their responsibilities included conducting software/hardware tests, managing the release process, developing automation software, providing production support, creating system images, and creating foundations for the department's growth. From 2020 to 2021, Artur worked at Pegasystems as a Senior Test Automation Engineer (Remote). In 2021, they worked at QAGE as Owner. Currently, Artur is a Senior Test Automation Engineer at Mostly AI.

Artur Mikłasewicz completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science at West Pomeranian University of Technology in Szczecin between 2010 and 2015. Artur then pursued a Postgraduate degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General at Uniwersytet Szczeciński between 2018 and 2019. Artur also obtained certifications in Communication in diverse teams: Polish – Indian teams. Foundations level. from Emic Lab, culture & communication in May 2020, Microsoft technology associate Introduction to programming using java from Microsoft in August 2019, ISTQB foundation level from ISTQB - International Software Testing Qualifications Board in April 2019, and Microsoft Technology Associate: Software development fundamentals(C#) from Microsoft in March 2019.
