Kevin Alvarez-Fung is a seasoned entrepreneur and investor with extensive experience in venture capital and product development. As the Founder and General Partner of Predictive VC since 2019, Alvarez-Fung focuses on early-stage investments in technology-driven companies. Current advisory roles include Patented.ai, an innovative AI company for intellectual property, and Mostly Human, a production company working on ethical AI-enhanced media. Alvarez-Fung is also an investor in various startups, such as Wander, Huspy, Pomelo, and Esusu, all leading initiatives in remote rentals, proptech, financial infrastructure, and fintech. Previous roles include Co-Founder and Chief Product Officer at Mural and product management at Digits. Kevin Alvarez-Fung holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Energy Studies from Yale University.
