Jose Navarrete

Jose Navarrete has a strong background in technical support and customer care. Jose worked as a Technical Support Representative at Mosyle from June 2023 to the present. Prior to that, they were a Customer Care Advanced Specialist at Wix.com from December 2018 to February 2023. In this role, they developed and executed social media marketing campaigns, managed customer care inquiries, and designed and developed responsive websites. Before that, Jose worked as a Genius Bar Specialist at Apple from August 2016 to October 2018. Jose provided technical support to customers, assisted in sales, and contributed to visual merchandising.

Jose Navarrete received their high school diploma from John A. Ferguson High School in 2012. Jose studied Fine/Studio Arts and Biomedical Sciences as their fields of study during their high school years. After completing high school, Jose attended Miami Dade College from 2012 to 2018. Jose obtained a Bachelor's degree in HR Management and an Associate's degree in Nursing Administration from Miami Dade College, with their nursing studies taking place at the college's West Campus in Doral, Florida.
