Bernardo Carnall

Bernardo Carnall currently serves as the Global Director of HR, Sustainability and Compliance for LATAM at Mota-Engil since June 2015. Prior to this role, Bernardo held various positions including Business Development Partner at FULLSTEP from March 2010 to June 2014, Deputy Secretary General at the Ministério da Defesa Nacional from October 2002 to October 2005, Business Development Director at Portugal Telecom from October 1999 to September 2002, and Deputy Director at Banco Mello from 1995 to 1999. Bernardo holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from Universidade Católica Portuguesa, which was completed in 1989, and has also completed secondary education in the USA through the American Field Service program. Additionally, early education included membership in the Corpo Nacional de Escutas - Parede from 1975 to 1981.
