Tatiana Freire

Tatiana Freire serves as the Coordenadora de Qualidade, ASG e Inovação and Head of Innovation at Mota Machado, focusing on fostering a culture of innovation for digital transformation, managing internal projects, and applying agile methodologies like SCRUM. Prior experience includes a role as Project Manager at Bloco Inovação, where Tatiana led digital transformation projects for real estate agencies, enhancing client relations and project management practices. At Porto Freire Engenharia, Tatiana held various positions, culminating in the role of Diretor, where significant achievements included the implementation of the first BIM project and risk management across all areas. Tatiana holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Universidade de Fortaleza and a specialization in Project Management from COPPEAD UFRJ.
