Mar G. has a diverse background in strategy implementation, currently serving as the Strategy Lead at the Motability Foundation, where they focus on developing a five-year strategy to enhance transport options for disabled individuals. Previously, Mar undertook an evidence and research internship at Macmillan Cancer Support and held various roles in the financial sector, including Graduate Trainee at Bankinter and Fund Manager Assistant at BBVA. With a robust foundation in customer experience and product support from their time at Pearson, Mar has contributed significantly to several leadership positions over the years. Mar holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Universidad Complutense de Madrid and two Master’s Degrees from the University of Westminster and London Metropolitan University.
