Keertan Zala has a strong work experience in the field of IT and system architecture. Keertan is currently serving as Senior Product Analyst at Motadata since December 2021. Before that, they worked at Microlink Solutions Pvt. Ltd. as a Solutions Architect - System from May 2019 to December 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a System Network Administrator at Swaminarayan Akshardham from March 2016 to May 2019.

Keertan Zala completed a Bachelor's Degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Dharmsinh Desai University from 2011 to 2015. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications including Product-led Certification from Pendo.io in 2023, IT Information Library Foundations Certification (ITIL) from AXELOS Global Best Practice in 2021, ITIL Foundation Level from Simplilearn in 2021, and NCSR Level 2 and Level 3 Certification Exams from Nutanix in 2020.
