Vegard Halden

Vegard Halden is the CEO of Motek AS, a leading supplier of tools and fasteners in the Norwegian building construction industry since January 2005. Under Vegard's leadership, Motek represents premier brands such as Hilti, Festool, and Stanley Bostitch and manages a workforce of 110 employees. Prior to this role, Vegard served as Director of Sales and Marketing, overseeing sales across Nordic countries, and as Sales Director, focusing on the building construction, offshore, and shipbuilding sectors. Vegard's career began in consulting engineering at various firms, including Sweco and Asplan Viak AS, and included positions at Epiroc where Vegard held roles as Marketing Manager and Key Account Manager. Vegard holds a Master’s in Management from BI Norwegian Business School and an MSc in Civil Engineering from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology.
