Community Engagement

The Community Engagement team at the Mother Cabrini Health Foundation focuses on building strong partnerships with local communities to identify and address healthcare needs. They collaborate with various stakeholders, including healthcare providers and community organizations, to promote health equity and implement programs that improve access to care for underserved populations across New York State.
