Navjeet Singh Sethi

Navjeet Singh Sethi is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in managing human resources across various industries. Currently serving as General Manager Sales HR at Mother Dairy Fruit & Vegetable Pvt. Ltd since July 2013, Navjeet oversees the HR functions for the Milk Sales Dhara Oil and Value Added Products Vertical, managing the entire employee lifecycle for the sales team across India. Prior to this role, Navjeet held key HR positions at CK Birla Group as AGM - Group Human Resources, SRF Ltd as Chief Manager - HR, Usha International Ltd as Sr Manager HR, and JCB India Ltd as Manager - HR, where responsibilities included senior executive hiring, implementation of HR projects, and managing corporate HR functions. Navjeet holds an MBA in HR/Marketing from LBSIM and a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial and Production from Gulbarga University.
