Jesse Janay has a diverse work experience, primarily in the aviation industry. They currently work as a Pilot at Metro Aviation, Inc., starting in February 2021. Previously, Jesse was the Chief Executive Officer of Mother Daughter LLC from April 2020 onwards. Jesse also worked as a Pilot at STAT MedEvac from May 2017 to January 2021. Prior to that, they held the position of Vice President at AFM-USA from July 2017 to April 2020. Jesse's earlier experience includes various roles in the USMC, such as Director of Safety and Standardization for the 2d Marine Aircraft Wing, Concept Developer, Writer, War-gamer, Experimenter in the Futures Directorate, and Station Aviation Safety Officer. They also served as an Operations Officer for Search and Rescue (SAR) Helicopter Commander and C-12 (BE200) Pilot, as well as a UH-1N (B212) Huey Pilot. Additionally, Jesse briefly worked as a Team Chief in the Joint Operations Center at USCENTCOM.
Jesse Janay completed a Bachelor's degree in History from VMI, attending from 1992 to 1996. Later, they pursued a Master's degree in Military Operational Art and Science/Studies at the USMC Command and Staff College, which was completed from 2006 to 2007.
